TELAPPLIANT MARKETING HELP CENTRE
For any website issues I would expect at as many details as possible, without them it is difficult to investigate the problem:
- Brand (which website)
- Client IP address
- Client ISP name
- Client location (country/city)
- Browser / OS (user agent* is preferred)
- If it’s specific page then an URL address of this page
- If it’s a VoIPtalk website it would be good to have customer ID
- If it’s related to an order placed on VoIPtalk website it would be good to have order ID
- If possible what steps have been taken to get to that issue (can it be recreated)
- Any screenshot will be helpful
- (optional but useful) Ping log to the server (i.e.: ping www.telappliant.com)
- (optional but useful) Trace route log to the server (i.e.: tracert www.telappliant.com)
